Lymphom, bei dem es zu einer Proliferation epidermotroper CD8+ zytotoxischer Lymphozyten kommt. Es ist durch einen aggressiven Verlauf gekennzeichnet.

Disseminierte, teils hyperkeratotoische, nekrotische, erosive, ulzerierte Plaques. Sowohl innere Organe als auch Schleimhäute können betroffen sein.
